"Footprints" Alcoholics Victorious is a recovery program sponsored by the West
Burlington Christian Church to introduce people to Christ-centered recovery. Various
courses of study are also offered throughout the year, which include meetings for
individuals at all levels of recovery. A calendar of these events courses is available upon
request.
We encourage you to bring friends to "Footprints" meetings and invite them to
experience some of the benefits that can be gained from participating in this program.
The Mission of "Footprints" Alcoholics Victorious
To establish a unified Christian Fellowship of dedicated men and women who have been
affected either directly or indirectly by the abuse of alcohol and/or other drugs and for
co-dependency and have emerged victoriously.
To maintain a place for sobriety and Christian Fellowship by sharing testimonies and
partnering with each other. And to provide spiritual tools to mend and equip us to lead a
sober, whole liberated life through JESUS CHRIST.
Our Goals
To establish a unified Christian fellowship of dedicated men and women who have been
affected directly or indirectly, by the abuse of alcohol, drugs or co-dependency.
Maintaining a place for support and edification, while sharing our experience, strength,
and hope with each other as the healing process takes place.
Assisting each individual to:
Personally know and understand God through the reading and meditation of His word.
Keeping in mind to help the next suffering alcoholic, addict, or co-dependent to maintain
our free gift of sobriety.
Allowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to express himself in every group, as we
emerge victoriously!
